A pesar de tratarse de una comunidad aut\u00f3noma sin litoral mar\u00edtimo, los datos analizados muestran que cada a\u00f1o se producen fallecimientos por ahogamiento, sin que exista ning\u00fan periodo libre de este tipo de sucesos.<\/p>\n<p>La comparaci\u00f3n con el conjunto de Espa\u00f1a evidencia que Castilla y Le\u00f3n forma parte estructural del problema nacional del ahogamiento, especialmente dentro del grupo de comunidades aut\u00f3nomas del interior. Esta realidad pone de manifiesto que el riesgo de ahogamiento no es exclusivo de las zonas costeras y que tambi\u00e9n requiere atenci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica en territorios interiores.<\/p>\n<p>Este informe es un resumen preliminar de la informaci\u00f3n recopilada sobre los incidentes de ahogamiento en Espa\u00f1a y, en particular, en la Comunidad de Castilla y Le\u00f3n durante el periodo 2013-2025.\u00a0Forma parte del proyecto de seguimiento e investigaci\u00f3n \u201cAhogamiento en Espa\u00f1a\u201d, iniciado en 2008 por la Escuela Segoviana de Socorrismo y AETSAS, cuyo objetivo es
